HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Health, Substance Abuse Prevention; Family Economics,
Health Issue Awareness,  Support of Senior Care, Breast Cancer Awareness

The human body, mind, and spirit comprise our health and wellness. To improve our well being, we must address three key components: nutrition, disease prevention, and physical and emotional care. This Community Service Program aims to explore the various opportunities for awareness and advancement of each of these vital areas.

Health and Wellness Program is designed to inform members the effect of well-being of individuals, families and communities by providing opportunities and resources to develop and implement creative projects that promote a healthy lifestyle, increase awareness, prevention, research, and treatment of disease, target personal development, promote exercise and address the vital issues. Members and others are educated about the most prevalent medical problems affecting women and encourage women to adopt proven methods for optimizing their own physical health and quality of life.
