Scholarship Required Documents

ALL Applicants must submit the following Documents:

• Online Scholarship Application Form  (Click “Application” tab)

• Personal Statement:  Upload after you proofread your essay.

Community service and improvement have been at the core of the La Crescenta Woman’s Club for over 100 years. In approximately 250 words, describe how volunteer, community services or extra-curricular activities have shaped who you are today and what they have taught you.  You may list special recognition, awards, and honors received. You can also describe your financial needs in this essay.

If Applicant is Selected, the following additional Documents are Required:

• Verification of USA Residency (Birth Certificate, Green Card, Passport or Other)

• Photo

• Completed Publicity Form

Selected candidates will be notified via email.  We request that all Scholarship Recipients attend the LCWC Recognition Luncheon on April 9, 2024.  

All scholarship checks will be sent to awardees upon proof of enrollment to an institution of higher learning.
