Scholarship Application

Before you complete an online application:

  1. Write your Personal Statement:

(Proofread and Scan the document so you can upload it)
Community service and improvement have been at the core of the La Crescenta Woman’s Club for over 100 years. In approximately 250 words, describe how volunteer, community services or extra-curricular activities have shaped who you are today and what they have taught you.  You may list special recognition, awards, and honors received. You can also describe your financial needs in this essay.

 

  1. Obtain your most current transcript to upload

You can download your transcript from your school account, and upload the file.

 

Obtain Recommendation Letter (Optional)
