The 28th Annual Breakfast with Santa event at La Crescenta Woman’s Club (4004 La Crescenta Ave.) will be held on Saturday, December 14th from 8:00 am until 11:00 am. Held for the benefit of children in our community, this event provides them with the opportunity to talk to and have their picture taken with Santa, receive a special gift, and partake in holiday crafts. Our local Fire Dept. makes a special appearance. Breakfast is served (until 10 am) with festive holiday music provided by local students from Crescenta Valley High School Charismatics.
Kids of all ages enjoy Breakfast with Santa, which has become a tradition for many families who look forward to this event each year.
The funds raised by our Club help us accomplish our yearly philanthropic goals, including support of community programs, shelters and to advocate for children through many various projects.
This event is a great opportunity for the whole family to spend time together and share the spirit of the holidays. Many kids take turns explaining to Jolly Old St. Nick why they were nice, not naughty, and telling him what sorts of presents they would like to see under the tree this year. These kinds of events symbolize the wonderful kind of community we live in. Parents and grandparents enjoy the festivities as much as toddlers and school kids.
